At the end of the Last Battle we are told that Susan is no longer a friend of Narnia. She became so enamored with the world and so frightened of looking childish that she forsook Narnia. Does anyone think it strange that this happened after her trip to America, a place none of the other children had been to?

Heeey... I didn't think of that... Maybe THAT's why we Americans have never been to Narnia! *panics*
*rocks back and forth on the floor* Must.. become... ENGLISH!
Hehe.. but really... that might have happened... She might have met a certain boy.. and to impress him, decided to ditch childhood and go for all teens.. adulthood.. whatever. And then things just went downhill from there.. Guys ruin EVERYTHING *glares at Ivan and MO*
HA.. jkjk! You guys probably think the same thing about girls... mwahhaa...;D

What do you think happened to her after her family all died on the train wreck? Do you think there is any hope that she's left the shadowlands? I mean if Aslan had the power to call Queen Helen from England as well as the Pevensies do you think there's a chance that if Susan remembered and called out to Aslan he would do the same for her?

HMM... Maybe he would have... I read a story once on ff.net about that... it was pretty good ;D But yeah... Susan was awesome... I hope she got into Narnia again!
But wait... maybe later in her life she accepted Christ and when she eventually died she went to heaven... and there was Aslan and everyone ;D

well, either that, or she was hardened by their deaths... or didn't care at all. I've seen too many people go that direction *sigh*

that's always a possibility Eruname. We can always hope that she remembered while still in the shadowlands, bravery Aslan breathed over her. We're not told if Aslan told her what he said to Emund, Lucy, and Eustace; about how he is also in our world. We can only hope that she remembered and chose to forsake the world.
