hmm, on my screne they were quite bright. I usually would suggest using the lighter brighter colours in smaller areas and the duller, perhaps darker ones in the larger areas.

the skin, "Rampant Lion" has been banished to the netherland of deletation and there was much rejoicing. Man that skin was ugly, why did no one tell me?

I suppose that was kind of you, but sometimes I need some blunt honesty. That skin was an excellent example of where it could and probably should be administered. *cringe* I did like it, didn't I? *cringes again* sorry

Its a tad bright for my taste *hears shouts of hypocrite and shields head from flying rotten vegetables* Although one can get used to it. The blue contrasts quite a bit, with the rest, but I like the images.

Yes, indeed, very bright. but not bad. My main complaint would be that the link colour is almost impossible to read against the tan of the background. Out of curiosity, are you just using the colours provided by the little colour swatchy where you make the skins? Because, if you are, I wouldn't exactly recommend it. Not only are the colour boxes small and hard to distinguish between, but they are all very bright. I'd try making some skins with more subdued colours. I recommend the colours here: www.htmlgoodies.com/tutorials/colors/article.php/3478921and here: www.htmlgoodies.com/tutorials/colors/article.php/3479001For starters, that is, if you're not already using some place else for colours. Just a thought, ~Crystal~

Hey, don't cry... I know it's hard... but you'll get through it. And it might get new life too. Especially since the film is out now. Maybe if you told a bunch of freinds about it... or e-mailed all the people on your contact list... maybe you could get a few more people aware and interested. *shrugs* It's worth a try.
Hmm... well, as I made this thread to make suggestions... I might as well make a suggestion or two, eh? *grins*
I just glanced at the current skins, and the goldy one is still to bright, and the lantern waste one... too bland maybe? Also, I don't see that the title of it makes much sence, considering the lanter waste is in the midst of a forest, and one usually thinks of it as snowing there, because that's how it is first seen.
Well, dat's it for now!
Merry Christmas, and a happy new year!
