This is some poetry from a few years ago. i know its not the greatest, but the section is rather bare.
A Leaderless Life
Life is strange and full of choice, listening for a guiding voice
Someone to lead them through the night, beyond the darkness towards the light.
Blindly, slowly we stumble by, with little will to even try
For life is strange and cold as ice, Where love of one could bare suffice
To understand to live the life, To not be pierced by poisoned knife
Little is clear, for we are, but mere
Children of the Maker
Beloved...
You loved me once, long ago.
I dreamt of you, longing for an embrace.
I called you mine; did you forget?
Beloved, beloved, you have my heart
I looked into your eyes, you knew,
You yet know, I love thee.
I called you mine; was I erring?
You held me close; was I deceived?
I long to hear from you, to see your face.
You have stolen my heart and my life is not my own
The End
The end of times is drawing nigh,
This age is chosen
Disunited, frightened, scared
We wonder where to turn to
We wonder whom to turn to
Ever seeking, never knowing
Ever searching, never growing
Hope is stilled, fear in place
Showing now our fall from grace
Nothing sought is ever found
Our simple fate is darkness bound
Empty souls and broken lives
Yet bitterness, it still survives
Slowly thoughts begin to fade,
The burden, Fear, upon us laid
In stillness now our time we bide
The shadow yet to be defied
Here we stand
Yet fate, not sealed
Time can be rewoven
Chances must be taken
Destiny decided
In the End
In the end
When lie can no longer live
In the end
Two hearts will break
I knew when I began such was sure to follow
It will be my life or his heart
As the tears come at last
I knew it would be like this
In the end
